Five days that pair Udaipur's lake-city elegance with two nights in Jawai's leopard country. The journey opens with a soft Udaipur arrival and a sunset boat ride on Lake Pichola, then drives into Jawai for morning and evening leopard drives across the Aravalli granite landscape. Jawai is not a national park — it is an open landscape where leopards, wolves, marsh crocodiles, and migratory birds move freely among the boulders and the Rabari herding communities that have coexisted with them for centuries. The circuit returns to Udaipur for a City Palace heritage layer before departure. Operates October to March.

Day 1 - Arrive Udaipur

Arrive into Udaipur with a light first day and a sunset boat ride on Lake Pichola.

Arrive in Udaipur and settle into the lake-city rhythm with a deliberately light first day.

Road transfer into Jawai granite country, lodge check-in, and an evening leopard drive.

Check in at the lodge and settle into a safari-country pace: slower, quieter, more spacious.
Evening leopard drive timed around the best available light and activity conditions.

Day 3 - Full Jawai Safari Day

Morning and evening drives across the Jawai granite landscape with specialist naturalists.

Pre-dawn departure for the morning leopard drive: granite ridges, dry riverbeds, and the boulders where the Jawai leopards den and raise cubs.
Jawai is an open landscape, not a fenced national park — leopards, wolves, marsh crocodiles, and migratory birds move freely among the Rabari herding communities.
Return to the lodge for breakfast and a long midday rest block.
Afternoon leopard drive timed for the best light as the day cools.
Leopard sightings are never guaranteed but Jawai consistently delivers some of India's highest sighting rates.

Day 4 - Return to Udaipur, City Palace

Drive back to Udaipur with City Palace heritage and a lakeside afternoon.

Return drive to Udaipur and reset into the lake-city pace after the safari days.

Afternoon kept open: lakeside cafes, a slow promenade, or quiet hotel time.
Evening at leisure for a final Udaipur dinner.
