A tour director is a Farbound-appointed lead who are local experts, licensed by the ministry of tourism India, & responsible for coordination and issue resolution, either end-to-end or city-by-city.

Can I upgrade or downgrade hotels?

Do you have minimum or maximum group sizes?

There is no fixed minimum or maximum. Group size depends on routing, vehicles, and accommodation.

How do you handle acclimatization in Ladakh?

The itinerary is paced to support acclimatization, with adjustments made on-ground based on conditions and how you are feeling. Medical decisions remain the traveler’s responsibility.

Do I need permits for Nubra Valley or Pangong?

Some Ladakh sectors require permits. Farbound coordinates required permits where applicable and will request documents during planning.

Are stargazing and astrophotography guaranteed?

No. Night-sky visibility depends on weather and conditions. Sessions are planned where feasible and adjusted on-ground.
